By purchasing any service on GGWAR.com, you automatically agree to the following refund and return conditions.

Wrong Service Purchased / Change of Mind (Before Service Start)

If you purchased the wrong service or changed your mind before the service has started, please contact us at support@ggwar.com or via our Discord support.

We can:

• Issue a refund to your original payment method, or
• Provide store credit if a refund to the original method is not possible.

If We Cannot Complete Your Order

If GGWAR.com is unable to start or complete your order, you may choose one of the following:

• Complete your order at a later time,
• Replace it with another service of equal value,
• Receive a full 100% refund.

If the service was partially completed, you will receive a refund for the uncompleted portion.

Example: If 40% of the service was completed, you will be refunded for the remaining 60%.

Refund Window

You may request a refund or service change within 30 days of the payment date.
